Are new members currently being accepted?
Yes. CST is currently welcoming new members.
What is included with membership?
Membership includes access to CST’s full summer club experience, including swimming, diving, tennis, platform tennis, pickleball, family-friendly amenities, the Villiarina’s-catered snack bar, and club events that help create a fun, welcoming community for all ages. Members also have access to CST’s Division I swim team, competitive dive program, Red Cross WSI-certified swim lessons, junior tennis clinics, youth team play, adult tennis programming, and seasonal tournaments and celebrations.
Are there additional charges for babysitters, au pairs, etc.?
No. CST notes that there are no additional charges for caregivers.

Pool & Swimming
What kind of pool does CST have?
CST’s main pool is a 25-meter heated pool with a shallow end, lap lanes, diving boards, a water basketball hoop, and a twisting waterslide. It also includes a deep end for stronger swimmers and a separate kiddie pool for babies and toddlers.
Is the pool heated and maintained for safety?
Yes. CST’s pool is heated, chlorinated, and maintained in accordance with applicable health and safety standards.
Are there safety requirements for deeper water activities?
Yes. Deep-water tests are offered for younger members, who must demonstrate that they can swim safely before gaining access to the deep-end area.
Is there a separate area for younger children?
Yes. CST has a large kiddie pool for babies and toddlers, along with a nearby grassy playground featuring swings, slides, and climbing structures.
Where can I find pool hours?
Pool hours are posted on CST’s website and at the entrance of the club each day.
Swim Lessons
Does CST offer a swim team?
Yes. CST has a Division I swim team as well as a competitive dive program.
Are CST’s swim programs only for highly competitive swimmers?
No. CST’s swim programming is designed to support children at different stages of development. Some swimmers are building comfort and confidence in the water, while others are refining strokes and preparing for more competitive team participation.
Does CST offer swim lessons for different ages and skill levels?
Yes. CST offers both group and private swim instruction, with lessons structured around comfort in the water, safety, stroke development, and progression over time. Group lessons are offered throughout the summer in consecutive two-week sessions.
Who teaches the lessons?
Lessons are taught by Red Cross WSI-certified instructors, with private instruction also available through certified instructors and swim team coaches.
Are there team traditions or celebrations during the season?
Yes. CST’s swim, dive, and tennis programs help create a strong sense of team spirit throughout the summer, and each season concludes with fun celebrations that recognize effort and growth.
Are there pool safety rules members should know about?
Yes. CST maintains pool safety standards and program requirements for swimmers, including skill-based instruction and deep-water safety expectations for certain activities.
Tennis
What tennis facilities does CST have?
CST has four Har-Tru courts, four hard courts, and three heated and lit platform tennis/pickleball courts, making it easy for members to enjoy tennis throughout the summer and beyond.
Can members reserve courts online?
Yes. CST uses ClubExpress for court bookings, clinics, and events.
Does CST offer tennis instruction and team opportunities?
Yes. CST offers junior clinics, adult clinics, private lessons, semi-private lessons, cardio tennis, youth camp-style programming, and team play.
Are CST’s youth tennis programs only for advanced players?
No. Younger or newer players can begin with foundational instruction and clinics, while more experienced players can move into match play and the Junior Tennis Team.
What is the Junior Tennis Team like?
The team is designed for children ages 9–18 who are match-ready and able to serve, volley, and keep score. The team competes against other local clubs.
Who runs the tennis program?
CST’s tennis program is led by Lukas Beman, Director of Tennis, who has more than 25 years of teaching experience and credentials including USPTA Professional 1.
Snack Bar and Club Life
Does CST offer food at the club?
Yes. CST has an on-site snack bar catered by Villiarina’s offering wraps, salads, smoothies, burgers, fries, and dinner options.
Does CST offer events and activities throughout the season?
Yes. In addition to swimming and tennis, CST offers seasonal programming, team traditions, and community events like social gatherings and holiday celebrations.
Is CST a place where families can spend the whole day?
Yes. With swimming, tennis, food, Wi-Fi, shaded seating, and space for children to play, CST is designed to be a place where families can settle in.
Is CST just for kids?
